Please be advised that:

• This document does not remove the house from the available market.
• Completion of this form does not guarantee prospective residents the availability of this unit.
• This form is not a substitute for the lease. When you arrive at our office with the completedform, you should be prepared to sign the lease agreement! This is a NEW lease that you would sign, the form simply tells us that the current residents don’t wish to renew and it’s okay with them if we sign their unit to someone else. You should be prepared to pay the first month’s rent and sign a lease with all your fall roommates when you bring the completed form back to our office.
