FOR CURRENT RESIDENTS:

If you do not plan on renewing and want to sign to give another person(s) the ability to sign a lease for your apartment for 2026-2027, please download this form, have everyone on lease sign it, and give it to the future resident(s) for them to bring to our office. Renewal Waiver Forms will be available to the public in our office on September 12th.

• This document does not remove the house from the available market. It simply waives the current resident(s) rights to the renewal period.
• Completion of this form does not guarantee prospective residents the availability of this unit.
• This form is not a substitute for the lease. When the prospective resident(S) arrive at our office with the completed form, they should be prepared to sign the lease agreement!
