Buckeye Real Estate formed in 1974 when we started managing a small number of apartments in The Ohio State University area. We have grown to one of the largest property management firms in the University District. Wayne A. Garland purchased Buckeye Real Estate in 1993 with his vision for the area. Our focus is Adaptive Reuse; to create community-driven infill and new construction projects that will enhance our urban neighborhoods and increase the quality of life for our clients. Residents choose us for our responsive and friendly staff as well as our wide array. of homes. Buckeye Real Estate offers full-service property management to our clients and currently oversees a portfolio of ~1,300 units with 3,000+ residents.
